Amicable and excellent staff, provided information if needed. The room met what was needed, reasonably priced and neat with shared bathroom. We had fresh bread, cereals, fruit, and milk in the morning.

We got extremely spacious and warm room with an extra bed, stunning view plus coffee. Everywhere there was clean.

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable.

Clean hotel in a lovely building right by Guildford town centre as well as restaurants. Friendly staff and quick to respond. Cosy tidy room with a clean bathroom. Central heating, iron/ironing board, and TV — very useful. Incredible location, so close to High Street.

Its location really close to High Street was marvellous. Our neat room was complete with an extra bed, coffee, for example.

I truly enjoyed the well priced and neat room, and the good view over town. It was in a good location right by all shops, and the town centre. Café The g Live Cafe was located 5 minutes walk away.

Sadly, but there was dust in some areas.

Was a super base for trip. Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about my really really nice 1 night stay here. Central location next to the town centre of Guildford as well as all pubs, restaurants, it was in a peaceful area. I dined minutes from the hotel at Pizza Boom.

Coffee, tea, toast, fruit, and milk for breakfast were much appreciated. The venue was in a central location right by an overgrown front garden, all shops, and Guildford and beyond. Also, Castle Arch was max 10 minutes walk to.
